You will be involved in development and maintenance work, such as making functional proposals, designing, programming, and managing the work of development contractors for the HR-related systems we provide, as well as designing operations, managing operations, and implementing countermeasures to ensure that each system runs continuously and stably.

We understand the human resources operations and systems of each Hitachi Group company and define requirements to realize customer requests and requirements in accordance with legal revisions. We also understand our company's systems and work with IT engineers to propose optimal solutions to customer problems.

  • Provision of shared services for finance and human resources operations based on technical capabilities and expertise

    As a result of the proliferation of business divisions and locations, as well as changes in scale due to mergers and acquisitions, indirect operations such as finance and human resources are becoming more complex. Hitachi Management Partner provides shared services aimed at centralizing and streamlining finance and human resources operations for approximately 180 Hitachi Group companies and approximately 245,000 employees. We also offer system solution services that leverage our accumulated expertise and provide end-to-end support from IT system implementation to operation and maintenance. In addition, we are developing next-generation systems designed for greater usability and efficiency.

  • Providing RPA Solution Services

    We provide solutions that combine our expertise in HR-related operations with RPA technology. We aim to improve the efficiency of operations such as human resources, payroll, and attendance management, and to support workload reduction and work style reform. We provide a comprehensive service from RPA implementation consulting to development, operation and maintenance, and actively work to solve our customers' problems. This promotes our focus on creating new value.

  • Providing HR-related system solution services

    We provide the HR-related system gSHAREXh in SaaS format. The core system, gSHAREX EXhumanimate,h centrally manages employee data for approximately 180 Hitachi Group companies and smoothly performs monthly payroll processing. The front-end system enables employees to easily submit attendance information and allowance requests, improving operational efficiency. These systems work together to deliver even greater value. They can also be flexibly configured to match each companyfs HR policies and rules, providing an easy-to-use environment for employees.

  • Developing the next generation of HR-related systems

    Due to aging systems and the emergence of new technologies, system providers need to renew and modernize their platforms on a regular basis. In addition, the diversification of work styles and mergers and acquisitions are driving new requirements and higher expectations for HR-related systems. To respond to diverse customer policies and requirements and continue providing services over the long term, we released the new front-end system gSHAREX Portalh in August 2025 and completed the migration from the legacy system. We are also planning further development of HR-related systems, offering opportunities to be involved not only in software development, but also in business analysis and requirements analysis.
