We are responsible for the design and development of products that support various aspects of society, including infrastructure. Engineers from a wide range of fields, including mechatronics, robotics, electronics, firmware and software, are working to provide optimal solutions to customers around the world.

We provide comprehensive solutions from a technical perspective\ranging from consulting and system implementation to operational support and maintenance\in response to our customersf needs.

We support our products from a quality perspective in order to provide our customers with high-quality, highly reliable products. This is an important job that is involved in improving quality from both a hardware and software perspective, from the initial stages of product development to after-sales support.

Software Engineer

You will be responsible for designing and developing embedded software and application software to be incorporated into our in-house products and services deployed in Japan and overseas. Through software development for products and systems closely tied to everyday life\such as ATMs and bank terminals\you will support the stable operation of critical social infrastructure.
You will also work on planning and developing new solutions, including web-based software development and the use of AI technologies. Through these initiatives, you will help improve the user experience and operational efficiency, contributing to the creation of a more convenient and secure society.

Hardware Engineer

Leveraging expertise in mechatronics, robotics, and electronics, you will be responsible for developing equipment, control units, and devices to be incorporated into our in-house products for Japan and overseas, including ATMs, currency exchange machines, and teller terminals. In product development, you will apply a wide range of technologies\such as mechanical design using 3D CAD, motion control utilizing sensor technologies, and the design of microcontrollers and control circuit boards\to build mechanisms that operate accurately and safely in response to user actions.
In addition to the financial sector, we also work on product development for markets such as retail and healthcare. We place strong emphasis on eco-design to reduce environmental impact, supporting critical social infrastructure.

System Engineer

You will be involved in the upstream phases of development and take charge of projects from the development of proposed products and systems through implementation and operation. By working closely with relevant departments such as sales and design, you will consolidate information and drive projects forward smoothly by identifying and delivering the most optimal solutions.
A key feature of this role is the close proximity to customers. Leveraging our core technologies and solution capabilities, you will plan and propose systems and services tailored to customer needs.In addition to technical expertise, strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as you will create value from both technical and business perspectives.

Quality assurance

You will be responsible for quality improvement activities that enhance the reliability of products and systems, including quality inspection work, quality checks during the design process, improvement of inspection tools, and the planning of measures to improve quality. In the unlikely event that an incident or malfunction occurs in the field, you will respond quickly and appropriately, investigate the root cause, and work to prevent recurrence.
Quality assurance is divided into hardware and software domains, and verification and evaluation are conducted according to the technical characteristics of each. Working closely with development teams, you will also propose improvements to further enhance product quality. This is a critical role that requires technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and calm, sound judgment to deliver products that users can trust with confidence.
