At Hitachi, we use a recruitment method called “Job Matching” to help each individual achieve their goals at Hitachi.
On this page, we will introduce you to “What is Job Matching?”.
In the Job Matching process, we will mutually confirm whether the job content of each matching unit and your career needs match through interviews with employees working in the business and job categories you are interested in. We hope you will find what you want to do at Hitachi from a variety of perspectives.

Even if it is difficult to narrow it down to one, that is fine. At Hitachi, you can apply for up to three positions, and at group companies, there is no limit to the number of positions you can apply for.
The placement is decided at the same time as the informal job offer, so you can make your decision knowing what your job will be after joining the company.
The jobs you can choose from include not only Hitachi, Ltd. but also some Group companies, so the range of businesses you can choose from is wide.
In Job Matching, there are a total of 20 target departments, including Hitachi, Ltd. and 9 group companies.
Applications are accepted through open application, regardless of academic department. Please note that applications through school recommendations are not accepted.
In addition, as job matching is a recruitment method for science and engineering students, the positions available are limited to technical roles only.

Please register for a My Page account below and then complete the application process (by submitting an entry sheet and taking an aptitude test). If you are a student who wishes to work for Hitachi and have obtained a school recommendation, and if your job matching has been accepted, you will be able to apply for job matching through your My Page account. In addition to Hitachi, you can also apply for job matching at nine Hitachi Group companies. You can apply to as many matching units as you like, in any order you like, up to a maximum of three Hitachi, Ltd. units and an unlimited number of Group company units.
