VOICE

Voices of past participants

I was able to understand about the specific duties of the job I was interested in. I was also able to learn how I felt about the job, and how satisfying it was. I also got a first-hand feeling of the atmosphere and values of the company.
Since the number of interns was small, I received attentive support from Hitachi employees. This helped to ease my doubts and worries, allowing me to achieve better results than I expected.
Through a wide range of feedback from employees, I was able to achieve my goals and experience significant personal growth. For example, I got a deep and detailed understanding of the work and experienced a sense of fulfillment from it, and I also got some insight into the abilities I was lacking.
A comprehensive experience of actual work processes gave me a deeper understanding of Hitachi’s strengths and social contribution. It also allowed me to develop business sensibility and decision-making skills in the field.
Understanding the department that I was assigned to more deeply helped me to find a new career direction after graduation. The internship was very beneficial.
The opportunity to practice working with data used for actual services was very valuable. I felt that the experience was useful in shaping my career path.
